I'm Darnell Shortland, having played for teams like MKDons FC, Aldershot Town FC, and Maidenhead United and many more during my career. Despite reaching academy and briefly professional levels, an injury and a lack of guidance limited my career to a single professional appearance.

While I attained being apart of the top 1% by signing an academy contract and playing with the first team, my journey wasn't a straightforward climb, but rather a marathon with numerous lessons and obstacles.

Despite making mistakes and learning throughout my career, I cracked the code too late for myself.

After a 20-year career, I noticed a lack of true guidance and personalised high quality training for young players today, leaving them stranded and often resorting to social media or inexperienced coaches for learning, resulting in them never making it to the top.

Determined to save young players from my mistakes, I decided to create solution. Years of analysing my career experiences, competing against top UK talents like Sancho, Foden, Rice, and learning from the lesson taught by academy coaches, I created a coaching system to guarantee players learn from my victories, avoid my mistakes, and reach their highest potential and become a footballers.
